Rick, Dawne and daughter Jordan

We are Rick, Dawne and Jordan Lay and  we live in East Tennessee. We are active members of the Kaiser Frazer Owners Club, International  as well as the Antique Automobile Club of America (East Tennessee Region). We have 5 K-F vehicles plus a 1971 Mustang Convertible (Dawne's car) and a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible (Rick's car). We also have an original 1978 Chevrolet truck, 2 Cushman motorscooters and a 1960 Yardman motorscooter. Rick & Dawne are both AACA Senior Master judges and Rick served in 2007-2008 as the AACA Chairman of National Judges Training. He also serves the East Tennessee Region, AACA as its newsletter co-editor and webmaster.

The "flagship" of our collection is probably the 1953 Kaiser Dragon. It once belonged to friend and long time K-F member Jim Davey of East Point, GA. Rick bought the Dragon from Jim's estate in 1986 and re-restored it in 1996. It is an AACA Senior and it is pictured on the AACA Eastern Division Tour in 1999. We also took it to the K-F convention in Mobile, AL in July, 2003 where we received a Silver Award with 182 points scored.

Our 1951 Frazer Manhattan Convertible is a work in progress. Rick bought this car in 1995 from the Herbie Livingston Museum in Charleston, SC. It is one of 131 Frazer Convertibles built in the Frazer marque's last year of production.
